in summer!!!

As we all know we feel dehydrated and low in summers because of the heat and temperature our bodies sweats and make us feel thirsty, low of energy and dehydrated and to fix our thirstiness we consume sugary drinks like carbohydrate colas, limcas, sodas, sherbets, slush, smoothies and many others options which are not so helpful for hydrating our bodies nor had any good benefits on our health as well.

Contrarily we start gaining weight with extra consumption of those sugary drinks which is not good for our heart health and bad for our cholesterol levels as well.

So if we care about ourselves we should keep an eye on our daily routines drinking choices.

Make it Cold and Simple 😜

We have many options for sugar-free beverages but most of them consume in hot to warm state like green tea, tea and black coffee so finding out some sugar-free Cold and Chill drinks was a little challenge for me but as I do care about myself I kept trying and searching for deferent ideas and methods to satisfy my summer drinks craving.

Here are some healthy options to say goodbye to all sugary drinks or may b manage your extra consumption of those sugary drinks.

  • Honey and Coffee ICE Cubes




As we all know, honey is the most healthy and pure source of sweetness with its beneficiary qualities its actually good for our health and satisfies our sweet tooth.

Preparation;
Add 3,4 tbsp. off instant coffee in a bowl, add half a cup of warm water and beat it with a fork or coffee beater.
Then add 2,3 tbsp. honey(or as your taste required), mix it well and pour this mixture in an ice cubes tray.
Keep it in the freezer and whenever you feel thirsty or dehydrated add 4,5 ice cubes in a glass of water and drink your instant ENERGY BOOSTER as it has coffee in it which has many

To prepare this KING OF SUMMER DRINK  ;

You need Salt-as per your taste, Yogurt-1 cup, Milk-1 and half glass,water-2 glass and lots of ice 🍚
Just to make it super simple add all ingredients to your electric blender and blend it very well for about 5 to 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes you can clearly see fresh and snowy butter floating on the surface of your drink 🤤
Enjoy your butter treat with this chill and a healthy sugar-free drink
It has milk and yoghurt both ingredients are rich in calcium, so healthy and beneficial for our bones and skin plus yoghurt has a cooling attribute that calms our system internally, But many of us don't know about

Benefits of SALT 

which we use in it so

  • Adding a couple of pinches of sea salt to your food or water allows the body to absorb needed minerals for optimal health.
  • Sea salt is high in Magnesium, Potassium, Calcium, and Sodium. These minerals are key for muscle, brain, and heart health.

Preparation;
Soak 1tsp chia seeds in half a cup of water for minimum 15mins to let them absorb all the water in it and become 3x larger in size it turns into a jelly-like form.
Then add 1tbs honey in a glass of water, add ice and then add your chia seeds soaked mixture in the glass and enjoy your drink.

  • Dry Plum and Mint Drink 




Preparation; 
Soak 5,6 dry plum overnight, in the morning remove seeds from it.
Add seedless soaked plum in a blender with a glass of water, some ice and add a handful of mint leaves in it then blend well all ingredients together.
Well your so yummy, cool, fresh, minty, Lil sweet and sour drink is ready 🤩
