today we talk about food groups and our body's mechanism in simplest way.
how our body take energy from foods that we eat and how it uses this energy on daily basis.

okay , lets begin.

food is essential in our living and growing our body needs it to become healthier and stronger without food we cannot move and do our tasks every day why because if there is no food then we don't have energy.

have you experienced skipping meal on a day or not eating food and breakfast lunch or dinner?
what happened to you?
you become lazy and looks pale because you don't have energy.

About the three simple food groups

Did you know that the food you are eating every day are classified into three groups
let me tell you about three basic food 
groups ,what do you call these foods?

these are energy giving foods

or we call it as GO foods




these are foods rich in carbohydrates 
from the word itself go means that you are ready to play work and move around because your body is full of energy let me show you some examples of the go foods we have rice rice cake, ,potato ,sweet potato, bread, corn and rice

Let's talk about GROW foods




what do you understand 
by grow foods? yes from the word itself grow means these are the bodybuilding
foods 
these foods are rich in calcium and  protein which helps build and repair tissues of your body it'll make your muscles and bones healthy and strong now what are those foods? we have meat from animals, cheese, milk ,eggs, seafood such shrimp, crab ,fish and oyster
these are some examples of grow foods or 
the body 
building foods
and lastly 
let's learn about the third basic food 
group the third one is 

the GLOW foods




glow foods are the body regulating foods, 
these are the foods that you eat in order to have vitamins and minerals on your body, it'll protect your body from the infections from the word itself glow which means these foods will beautify and make your skin glowing.
do you know what are those glow foods?
here are some examples
We have fruits like apple, banana, 
pineapple ,melon and many more another examples are vegetables such as carrot, patty and squash and many more these are the examples of the glow foods or body regulating food.
